HELP! I have tried to contact you via email but no one has answered me.
While Spam filters enable us to keep out the "riff raff," unfortunately they can sometimes keep you from receiving mail from email addresses that are legitimately trying to reach you. Many of the Spam filters used by your internet service providers restrict not just the emails you don't want, but also the ones you're looking for.
Most notorious for this "rogue" spam filtering is AOL, JUNO, HOTMAIL and YAHOO. If you use one of these services and you do not receive mail from us, please call 206-888-4890 or fax us at the same number with your full name and email address you registered with.
ANY ISP (Internet Service Provider) can unintentionally filter out mail from the Fam Connection without you even knowing.
If you have tried to contact us and you haven't received an answer within a reasonable amount of time, this COULD be happening to you!
In a case like this, the best thing for you to do (asside from checking your SPAM folder and/or your DELETED folder) is contact your ISP or the HELP/Internet Options section of whichever email program you are currently using. Most of today's email clients allow the user to "unblacklist" certain email addresses in their addressbook. If you are able to select our address as a legitimate address from which you do indeed wish to receive mail, this is the best way to insure all of our correspondence with you NOW and in the FUTURE.
If you have not received your ID and PASSWORD within approximately 24 hours of subscribing and you have tried to contact us but have not received an email back, please call us at 206-888-4890 or fax us with your full name and the email address you registered with.
